Revocation:
You have the right to revoke the sales contract within one month without giving a reason. The revocation has to be made in written form, such as letter, fax or e-mail. The revocation period starts at the day of purchase. The revocation must be submitted to: United Arts Ltd., Wichterichstrasse 6-8, 50937 Köln, Germany. In case of a legitimate revocation both parts, seller and customer have to restitute the received benefits, which include the payment as well as the commodity. If the customer can only restitute the commodity in full or in impaired condition, the customer shall pay adequate compensation to the seller. A condition is not considered as impaired if caused by common testings such as ordinary shop-like testing procedures. The customer can avoid compensational payments to the seller by not handling the commodity as the proprietor of it and refraining everything that effects the value of it. In case of return the seller bears cost and risk. But please all returned shipments must have appropriate postage – not prepaid packages will not be accepted.
